So first of all, I like that you picked a different very blurry, sketchy style in the think bubble, but I would say, that the main part of the picture looks too smooth and round. I would suggest to play around with different brushes, to give the textures a little bit more depth :) anyways, I´ts quite a good picture for the beginner category, keep the good work up ^^
